Is an online insurance quote dependable?

An online insurance quote is created from photographic information. It doesn't allow the person giving the quote a view of body structure behind the damaged panels.
If you request and receive an online quote don't be surprised if the smash repair shop want to take a second look when your vehicle arrives on the premises to determine that their is no additional body structure damage.

Does RSR supply courtesy vehicles?

Reno Smash Repairs does supply courtesy vehicles for the use of clients. There is no charge but a refundable deposit is required. The vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel and the request that the vehicle fuel tank be full on return.
The deposit is to cover the cost of fuel if the tank isn't refilled.

Even minor repairs seem to take a long time, why?
